Things to remember when moving

  • Contact Hydroquébec to take responsibility for the electricity of the accommodation if necessary.

  • Contact all the institutions with which you do business to inform them of the change of address to avoid sending mail to the wrong place.

  • Remember to insure your belongings  if you haven't already done so. (optional)

  • Consider moving out during less busy hours to avoid traffic jams.

  • A day off from work would allow you to settle in better.
