Our history

Investors since 2018 in Outaouais (Xavier and Anthony), we are continually seeking to improve our service. Since then, we have had the opportunity to build effective systems to foster tenant/landlord communication and have expanded our knowledge of how to deal with major repairs.

With the acquisition of several buildings each year, we have also been able to adapt to the different sectors of the Outaouais and forge solid relationships with our tenants and the various professionals surrounding the field of real estate.

In constant search for expansion, an excellent partner joined our team in 2021 (Jonathan). This allowed us to improve our knowledge of repairs and to know other professionals specialized in the field of real estate.
